If this were 5 years ago I would drop my score down a bit, but in the last 3-4 years I have really improved in this regard. I used to be late all the time, especially to morning events. When I worked at my job in 2011 I was often late. I lived just a block from the train station but I'd wake up just 30 minutes before work and catch the train that got me there just on time. I would have been better off if I went to bed earlier and got up an hour or two before work.

But I had the habit of staying up until 2 AM most nights even though I worked at 9, and it was a hard one to break. But since I started riding a bike to work instead of driving or taking public transportation, I've found it is easier to get to places on time. In my most recent job at a deli, the one or two times I was late worried my coworker because I was there early every day.

I am still not giving myself a high score on this even with my recent improvement. I could improve at this overall.
